Terms & Conditions

By placing an order through this shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These help ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both of us.

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

All items are handmade and created to order. Fabrics are sourced in small batches, meaning each piece may vary slightly in colour, pattern, or texture. These variations are normal and part of what makes each item unique.

2. Ordering & Payment

Full payment is required before work begins.

If you use PayPal Pay in 4 or Pay Later, your order is treated the same as a fully paid order.

For manual payment plans, your order will not start until the final payment is received. All instalments and deposits are non-refundable.

3. Measurements & Sizing

Items are made using the measurements you provide. Please measure carefully and contact me if you need help. I am not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

Please note for the jackets I have a range of measurements that I can sew between.
I am unable to exceed these limits

Bust 75-130cm, Waist 60-120cm, Hips 85-130cm, Length 60-85cm


4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because all items are handmade and made to order, all sales are final.

Piper Designs do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. Returns for an exchange will be granted if the item is deemed faulty, defective with the item sent back within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please be mindful of the measurements I am able to sew. If an order was placed outside of my limits I will contact and will discuss options or give a refund If I cannot fulfill the request.

If your item arrives with a fault related to the sewing/making of the garment, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can assist.

5. Processing & Shipping

Processing time refers to the time it takes me to make your item. This is separate from shipping time.

All parcels are sent through Australia Post (or the carrier listed) with tracking.

I am not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the postal service.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout.

6. Use of Personal Information

Your personal information is handled according to my Privacy Policy.

I only use your details to process orders, ship items, or contact you about your purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, descriptions, photos, and content on this shop are my original work. They cannot be copied, resold, or used without permission.
