Returns and refunds

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All items in this shop are handmade and made to order, created specifically based on your selected colours and provided measurements. For this reason, all sales are final.

Piper Designs do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. Returns for an exchange will be granted if the item is deemed faulty, defective with the item sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. We will cover the return postage if return is due to fault. 

Please be mindful of the measurements I am able to sew. If an order was placed outside of my limits I will contact and will discuss options or give a refund If I cannot fulfill the request.

If your item arrives with a fault related to the sewing/making of the garment, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can assist.

SIZING & MEASUREMENTS

Each jacket is made using the measurements you provide. I am not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate measurements submitted during checkout.  Please double-check your measurements before ordering, and feel free to message me if you need guidance — I’m always happy to help.

CUSTOM & HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Because I source fabrics in small batches, colours, textures, and patterns may vary slightly from the product examples shown. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

PAYMENT PLANS & PAYPAL PAY IN 4

Orders placed through PayPal Pay in 4 or Pay Later are treated the same as fully paid orders. For manual payment plans, work will not begin until full payment is received. Deposits or instalments are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos. This applies only to faults from the sewing and construction of the garment. All items are checked and tested before shipped. not general wear-and-tear or misuse.

ORDER MATERIALS

Fabric and materials are often purchased immediately after your order is placed. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
