Shipping & Delivery
All items are handmade to order, so shipping begins after your processing time is complete.
I ship all orders through Australia Post or carrier listed with tracking included.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are separate from the time it takes to make your item.
Estimated Australia Post delivery times:
• Standard: 3–8 business days (within Australia)
• Express: 1–3 business days (if offered)
These are estimates only — delays with Australia Post are outside of my control, but I’ll always do my best to assist if anything comes up.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been posted.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
I can’t edit it after your order has shipped, and I’m not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect address details.
If a parcel is returned to me, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, responsibility transfers to the postal service.
If your parcel is lost or delayed, Australia Post will need to conduct an investigation — I’m happy to help lodge this if needed.
International Shipping
I currently ship within Australia
International shipping may be added in the future — please check back or follow my updates for when this becomes available.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
